1. Main Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to and govern the relationship between you and LeoVegas Gaming PLC (“LeoVegas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you enter the LeoVegas social media prize giveaway (the “Competition”).

1.2. In the T&Cs, “you” means you, as a participant in the Competition, and “your” shall be interpreted accordingly.

1.3. The T&Cs are subject to the LeoVegas’s General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), which can be found here. If there is any conflict between the T&Cs and General Terms, the General Terms will prevail and apply.

1.4. As noted above, we are LeoVegas Gaming PLC with registered company number C59314 and our registered office address is at Level 7, The Plaza Business Centre, Bisazza Street, Sliema, SLM 1640 Malta.

1.5. The Competition is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the LeoVegas website located at www.leovegas.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate (“LeoVegas”). Please see the footer for further information.

1.6. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to LeoVegas’s social media giveaway (“Competition”). You accept these T&Cs by following LeovegasUK. on Instagram and/or Facebook and make a Qualifying Entry.

1.7. The Competition (when running) will be valid on a Friday (00.01 GMT) to Thursdays (23:59 GMT) (“Promotional Period”). Entries accepted outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

1.8. Once you follow @leovegasuk on Instagram and/or Facebook, like the post and comment on the relevant post, you will be deemed to have accepted the T&Cs, the General Terms and have entered the Competition (“Qualifying Entry”).

1.9. LeoVegas further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Competition where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

2. Who can Enter?

2.1. The Competition is open to UK residents only and you must be over 18 years of age. The Competition is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of LeoVegas Gaming PLC, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to the Competition to remain valid, your social media account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Competition offer will automatically be voided.

2.3. Any announcement regarding Competition winners on LeoVegas social media accounts is subject to our verification checks being satisfied and not a final confirmation. Should you fail such verification checks, your prize will be voided.

3. How to Enter?

3.1. Entry to the Competition is free and is not subject to any deposit, wagering or withdrawal requirements on your Account.

3.2. You need to be a customer of LeoVegas to enter.

3.3. You may enter on Instagram and/or Facebook. No maximum amount of entries.

3.4. To make a Qualifying Entry you must follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook, like the post and comment on the relevant post.

4. Winners & Prizes

4.1. The winner/s will win a Cash Prize (the “Prize”) for this Competition.

4.2. The “Prize” will vary each time the “Competition” is run. The “Prize” will vary between £5 to £100. The value of the “Prize” will be stated within the significant terms on the social media post.

4.3. The number of winner/s will vary each time the “Competition” is ran. It will vary between 1 and up to 10. The number of winner/s will for each “Competition” will be stated within the significant terms on the social media post.

4.4. The Competition winner/s will be selected at random from all valid entries made on Instagram and Facebook.

4.5. The winner/s will be announced publicly on the Competition post.

4.6. The winner/s will be contacted via a Direct Message by LeoVegas within 48 hours of the Competition closing. The winner/s must respond to the Direct Message to claim the Prize. The Prize will be void if no response is received and a different winner/s will be drawn.

4.7. The “Prize” will be credited to the winner/s account once the account has been verified. The “Prize” will expire 7 days after it has been credited to the account.

4.8. The “Prize” can be withdrawn.

4.9. The Prize can not be transferred straight into a bank account.

4.10. If 2 or less people take part in the Competition, it will be void.

4.11. Any winnings from the "Prize” will be paid into your LeoVegas account. The balance can be withdrawn.

4.12. If you win the “Prize”, there will be a 1 month period where you can not enter the Competition again.

General:

Any player who contravenes any of our Terms and Conditions and/or if LeoVegas reasonably suspects that a player has acted fraudulently and has abused the promotion, LeoVegas will disqualify said player from the promotion and suspend/close the player's account.

Players must be 18 years or older and only have one membership account open with LeoVegas, as per the general terms and conditions found on site.

Should LeoVegas discover a player with multiple accounts, all winnings will become null and void.

It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that it is legal for them to play at LeoVegas, in whichever jurisdiction they are gambling, and to take part in the promotion.

We can change or withdraw a promotion or change the terms and conditions: without giving you notice, where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
