1. Main Terms
1.1. These T&Cs are to be read in conjunction with the LeoVegas General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and Promotional Terms and Conditions (‘PTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail. You accept these T&Cs by opting in.
1.2. The Las Vegas Trivia promotion is run by Playtech plc but is accessible to play via our website.
1.3. The Las Vegas Trivia will run until terminated at LeoVegas’s sole discretion. LeoVegas further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Las Vegas Trivia where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
1.4. If any term of the offer is violated, or if there is evidence of multiple wagers placed by a customer or group of customers that, due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, or other promotional offers, guarantee profits regardless of the outcome, whether individually or collectively, LeoVegas reserves the right to reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment associated with the offer, void any wagers funded by the offer, and/or confiscate any winnings derived from such wagers. Furthermore, if such activity is detected, LeoVegas may impose an administration fee on the customer, up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment, to cover the costs incurred in identifying and addressing the activity.
2. Who Can Enter
2.1. The Las Vegas Trivia is open to new and existing players on LeoVegas. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with LeoVegas to participate (‘your Account’). The Las Vegas Trivia is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of LeoVegas, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2. For your eligibility to the Las Vegas Trivia to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Las Vegas Trivia will automatically be voided.
3. How to Enter
3.1. The Live Trivia game (the ‘Game’) promotion will run on Las Vegas Trivia every Friday, Monday and Wednesday from 17th January 2025 until 19th February 2025 (‘Promotion Period’). The Game will be active every Friday, Monday and Wednesday. See ‘Game schedule and prize distribution’ table below for specific time and reward details.
3.2. During the Promotion Period, 15 Games will take place and players will have a chance to win a share of a total sum of $37,500 in cash during the entire Promotion Period.
3.3. The Game is a live game show with a prize that is presented by a live host. The live host shall conduct the Game in the English language and the questions and answers shall appear in the English language. The Game consists of a series of multiple-choice questions/statements, each with two possible answers – true or false. The Game is not a game of chance. The questions and the order of the questions for each Game are exactly the same for all players. Players who answer the question correctly within 10-second limit earn 100 points, while the rest of the players earn 0 points for the relevant question. No one is eliminated from the Game at any stage of the Game. Players who answer at least 7 out of 10 questions correctly and thus score at least 700 points are the winners of the relevant Game and receive a shared prize in cash which is distributed evenly between all the winners.
3.4. The shared prize for each Game is $2,500 in cash based on the prize distribution below with a total sum of $37,500 in cash during the entire Promotion Period In the event that none of the players win the Game, the prize pool will roll over and be added to the shared prize pool in the subsequent Game.
3.5. All prizes will be paid in cash.

3.7. The answers and questions as well as the sequence in which they appear are provided by an independent third-party supplier, Alphabet Media Ltd, (Trading as The Question Co) (the ‘third Party Supplier’). LeoVegas does not bear any responsibility, and shall not be liable, for the outcome of the Game as a result of incorrect answers supplied by the Third-Party Supplier.
3.8. The Game is free of charge and does not require any funds in the player’s account. There are no preconditions apart from using a desktop or mobile platform.
3.9. Players can join the Game and participate for the entire duration of the relevant Game - even if the Game has reached its last question. Prior to the beginning of each Game the host shall communicate to the players the basic rules of the Game. Each Game length duration is approximately 15 minutes.
3.10. Questions are asked one by one with approximately 30-second pause between them. The number of questions for each Game is 10.
3.11. During the Game players may use the chat option to communicate with other players. The host may see the chat and use it to refer to particular queries in his/her sole discretion.
3.12. In case of any technical problems that may affect the regular Game flow, the Game may be postponed or cancelled. If cancelled, a new one would be rescheduled. Technical problems in the middle of the series of questions do not void the game and players with 7 correct answers will receive their prize, unless stated otherwise during the Game. In case of any mistake in the questions, a manual check would be conducted to check the reports and see who would qualify for the prize and pay out accordingly. LeoVegas will not be liable for if, for any reason, or any part of the Game is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3.13. All prizes will appear in USD. The winning players will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. LeoVegas bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.
3.14. Players who are eligible for the prize will receive a personalised message after the end of the Game. All prizes will be distributed evenly between the winning players of each Game. Winners shall receive the prizes within 3 days of winning. Once received, prizes must be claimed via the ‘My Offers’ page within 7 days.
3.15. The winning players shall be solely liable for any relevant taxes, if applicable, in order to legally claim the prize. LeoVegas bears no responsibility whatsoever for any wins/losses as a result of prize won by the players. We reserve the right to forfeit any rewards credited in error.
3.16. Player is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on his\her account, and for keeping his\her account password and login credentials secure. Player may never use another person’s user account or registration information for the promotion without permission.
3.17. Player must notify LeoVegas immediately of any change in his\her eligibility to participate in the promotion, breach of security or unauthorised use of his\her account. Player should never publish, distribute, or post login information for his\her account. Player shall have the ability to delete his\her account, either directly or through a request made to one of LeoVegas’ employees or affiliates.
3.18. LeoVegas will not be liable for any reason if the Game is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, LeoVegas may restrict access to the Game to registered users.
3.19. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs, which is beyond the reasonable control of LeoVegas, and which prevents LeoVegas from complying with these terms and conditions, LeoVegas will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
3.20. LeoVegas reserves the right to amend or cancel this Game or amend these Terms and Conditions: without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change.
3.21. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
General promotional terms and conditions
General:
Any player who contravenes any of our Terms and Conditions and/or if LeoVegas reasonably suspects that a player has acted fraudulently and has abused the promotion, LeoVegas will disqualify said player from the promotion and suspend/close the player's account. Players must be 18 years or older and only have one membership account open with LeoVegas, as per the general terms and conditions found on site. Should LeoVegas discover a player with multiple accounts, all winnings will become null and void. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that it is legal for them to play at LeoVegas, in whichever jurisdiction they are gambling, and to take part in the promotion.
We can change or withdraw a promotion or change the terms and conditions: without giving you notice, where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
