Limiting Gambling Ads on Social Media
Social media platforms provide the function to hide both individual ads as well as all advertisements from a specific company, helping you to limit the amount of exposure to gambling advertising you come across when browsing on social media and online. If you would like more information on these features or would like to limit your exposure to gambling adverts you can find detailed steps on BeGambleAware.

After the initial 5-year period, you can contact the closing operator and ask to be removed from the scheme. If you don’t contact the closing operator after the 5 year period, you will remain on GamProtect for a further 35-year period.
